  1. OMG, how will I ever live if I miss Formula E?!! Does the series actually have any audience at all?

    1. I only recently (as in, at the last round) discovered that I needed a TNT Sports subscription to watch it – I thought it was available through vanilla Discovery+. Which tells you how much attention I’ve been paying so far this season.

Anyway, this weekend it’s British GT at Donington, so I will be watching Monaco and the 500 on catch-up.

      1. In the UK (and probably a lot of other countries), it’s not technically necessary to subscribe to TNT or Discovery Plus and can watch Formula E races legally for free:
On the Formula E website, they have full coverage of each race posted about 1 week after it has happened. I think they have every Formula E race ever there.

  2. Once again, for the USA, I’m not sure how you keep missing the over-the-air broadcasts on ABC and only listing ESPN+. That’s a major oversight.

    1. Yep. I saw that and figured it’s GOT to be on network TV. Though I got worried for a sec.

  3. Bring back Thursday practice and some Month-of-May anticipation. Why’s Monaco being squished into double-headers for not being Miami? Why can’t Liberty ruin Formula E instead?

    1. Nothing wrong with having Friday as the practice day & if anything, having as many aspects shared with all other events as possible is for the best.
Nothing wrong in forming a double-header either, which besides, had also happened in the distant past, for example Monaco used to form a double-header with Nurburgring as recently as in the mid-2000s.

  4. I think there might be a mistake on the Saturday times for Channel 4. I didn’t know it was a Sprint race in Monaco and the fact that they are showing the GP some 14 hours before the start!

    1. That would be the worst sprint race ever!
Start times are correct (18:50 Sat for qualifying, don’t bother switching on at midnight, 18:30 race highlights…2½ hours! Long enough to show the whole race, but they won’t)

  5. Always fun to see the Indy 500! That said, hopefully they can keep it a bit more tight than last year, when the last 15 laps took like an hour and a half due to all the stops and restarts. I guess that’s why there’s no session end listed!

    1. Primarily because competitive sessions (regardless of category) don’t have fixed end time like practice sessions.

  6. How to watch the Indy 500 from India?

  7. Gotta love the Monaco Indy double, I’ll never forget the tears and pride hearing the Australian anthems when Ricciardo and Power took the respective honours back in 2018.

  8. ‘Monaco Grand Prix SPRINT qualifying highlights’ are being shown by C4 in the U.K. at 18.50 pm on Saturday. I realise Stefano is trying to fit in more sprint races but this is a surprise! :-)

    1. Oh and the qualifying highlights on Sunday evening?! Something’s gone a bit wrong.

  9. Warning. The times here have been wrong often , last one was Imola. It got corrected but too late for those that don’t come back.
